CONCEPT MAP & PLAN
In 2019, the Parks Commission partnered with the OU Institute for Quality Communities (“OUIQC”) to create a concept plan to restore and enhance the Wild Horse Park. Community members of all ages attended a park workshop and provided an overview of local values and preferences for the park. Draft plans were reviewed by guest experts and the Town of Luther representatives.
This concept plans serve as a guideline and is general in nature.
As phases move forward, alternative ideas or additions may be discussed.
